Job summary

Qualifications

• A college or university degree generally must be from an accredited (or pre-accredited) college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• Foreign education may be used to meet the requirements.
• Evidence that credentials are at least equivalent to U.S. education must be provided when applying.

Responsibilities

• Distributes, balances, monitors and reports on workload in accordance with established workflow or job specialization.
• Amends or rejects work not meeting established standards and refers to supervisor any problems on meeting performance standards.
• Maintains current knowledge of procedures, policies and directives; answers questions; provides classroom and OJT instruction to employees.
• Resolves informal complaints, reports on performance, progress and training needs, and handles disciplinary problems.
