StriveWell is seeking a Finance Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day financial operations, reporting, forecasting, and financial visibility across its growing portfolio of health and wellness brands.

Reporting to the CEO, this role partners with external accounting and strategic finance advisors to ensure timely, actionable financial information and strong controls across budgeting, cash management, and operational finance.

Formación

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or financial operations.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly financial reporting across StriveWell and portfolio of brands and locations.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and a 13-week cash forecast.
• Oversee day-to-day accounts payable/receivable and routine banking administration.
• Coordinate month-end close with external accounting partner and resolve variances.
• Develop dashboards linking financial performance with operating metrics.
