Wealthcare Capital Management is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee internal financial operations and guide strategic planning. You will serve as the link between tactical accounting and executive decision-making, ensuring financial insights inform growth strategy.

With a company-wide perspective, you will lead a finance function responsible for data flow, forecasting, budgets, and internal controls, while supporting corporate development and CEO-level decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.
• MBA or master’s in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ related experience in corporate finance or accounting with 5+ years as Controller/Director of Finance.

Aufgaben

• Lead and oversee all financial functions including accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, audit, and risk management.
• Create an efficient financial infrastructure to support growth while leveraging existing platforms.
• Develop financial forecasts, operating models, and strategic budgets aligned with objectives.
• Build business intelligence and performance tracking tools for data-driven executive decisions.
• Ensure GAAP-compliant, timely financial reporting and regulatory adherence.
• Manage capital structure and cash flow strategy to support operations and investments.
• Support corporate development initiatives, including M&A deal modeling and due diligence.
• Establish internal controls and risk assessment frameworks to mitigate risk.
• Lead and develop the Finance team to achieve high performance and growth.
• Provide financial insights to the CEO and executives to inform transformation initiatives.
