Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, financial operations, or a closely related area.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Working knowledge of financial statements and fundamental accounting principles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reporting schedules, deadlines, entities, and priorities.
• Ability to independently own recurring financial responsibilities with limited oversight.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to financial accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to investigate financial discrepancies and identify practical solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial information to non-financial leaders.
• Business-minded approach with the ability to translate financial information into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly financial reporting across StriveWell and portfolio brands.
• Maintain studio-level and consolidated P&L reporting.
• Prepare budget-to-actual reporting with variance analysis.
• Monitor revenue, labor, operating expenses, EBITDA, cash contributions, KPIs.
• Provide leadership with recurring financial reports and insights.
• Develop and maintain a 13-week cash forecast.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Coordinate monthly close with external accounting partner.
• Build financial models for new studios and growth opportunities.
• Support evaluation of new locations and investments.
