A real estate technology solutions provider is seeking an experienced finance and operations manager to oversee day-to-day operations and reporting. The candidate will work closely with the CEO and manage accounting, compliance, and vendor relationships. Prior experience in a similar role with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance is essential. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, spending up to two days per week in the NYC office.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Prior experience in professional services is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and operations.
• Assist CEO in budgeting and variance reporting.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Manage expense processing including corporate credit cards.
