Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, finance, or related field.
• Experience in an administrative office with accounting or data processing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn and use AI tools to improve throughput and accuracy.
• Ability to own end-to-end processes and escalate only exceptions.

Responsibilities

• Process interdepartmental billings and deposits across revenue streams.
• Own the requisition and purchase-order pipelines for auxiliary services.
• Develop, monitor, and present financial budgets.
• Supervise student workers and represent the director in staffing matters.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Legal, and the Director on contracts.
