The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field and five years of progressively responsible accounting experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field and five years of progressively responsible professional accounting experience.
• Experience with enterprise financial systems, financial reporting, compliance monitoring, and process improvement is required.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, organizational, and technology skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise accounts receivable and accounts payable staff and daily office operations; ensure timely processing and compliance; hire/train staff; recommend operational changes.
• Manages the LaCarte Visa Card Program, including monitoring, security and reporting through approved systems; prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
• Provides guidance to faculty and staff; communicates changes; troubleshoots issues; may present at meetings or trainings.
• Assist in fiscal year-end closeout by generating reports and ensuring timely processing; stay current with Workday ERP; perform other duties.
