You will build driver-based models, prepare executive-ready reports, and partner with leadership to identify opportunities for efficiency and growth.

Remote in the U.S. with a focus on cost control, performance visibility, and strategic finance support across a large, multi-location oncology network.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive FP&A, forecasting, budgeting in a large org.
• Advanced financial modeling and problem-solving abilities.
• Executive presence with experience presenting to leadership.
• Ability to provide strategic recommendations and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate Functions Analytics for FCS in partnership with leadership.
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and planning; drive expense control and savings.
• Deliver concise executive reporting and insightful analysis.
• Support broad analytical, reporting, and strategic needs across FCS.
• Develop automated, auditable reporting tools and dashboards.
• Collaborate across finance, ops, and practice leadership for improvements.
