Job summary

Uline, a family‑owned company, invites you to join a three‑year Finance Rotation Program at our Pleasant Prairie, WI campus. You’ll rotate through Collections, Cash Applications, Accounts Payable, Tax and Credit, gaining hands‑on experience and leadership exposure.

You'll be mentored by senior leaders, develop core financial skills, and be positioned for a leadership role upon completion of the program. All positions are on‑site and designed to build a strong career foundation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills essential.
• Leadership and customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review customer data and documentation such as invoices, tax exemption certificates, and financial statements.
• Contact customers via phone and email to assist them with financial matters.
• Develop leadership skills to guide team performance, deliver exceptional customer service, and build relationships with internal and external teams.
