Job summary

Uline, headquartered near Milwaukee, invites you to join its three-year Finance Training Program. You will rotate through Collections, Cash Applications, Accounts Payable, Tax and Credit, gaining hands-on experience and building a solid foundation for your career in finance.

You will work with experienced professionals, develop leadership skills, and receive mentoring from senior leaders. Eligible candidates have a Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask with effective organizational skills.
• Leadership and customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review customer data and documentation such as invoices, tax exemption certificates, and financial statements.
• Contact customers via phone and email to assist with financial matters.
• Develop leadership skills to guide team performance and deliver exceptional customer service.

Position Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. Major in Finance or Accounting required.
