Job summary

Uline is seeking a Finance Operations Associate to join our on-site Finance team in Wisconsin. You will work with customers to keep accounts running smoothly and support essential tax processes.

Training is provided, and no tax experience is required. Key duties include applying sales tax certificates, assisting with documentation, and calculating sales tax credits, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
• Prior customer service or tax experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a diverse team of Finance professionals to provide exceptional service.
• Review and apply sales tax exemption certificates in our state-of-the-art customized software.
• Resolve missing or incomplete documentation by guiding customers through certificate requirements.
• Calculate and process sales tax credits.
