Job summary

Uline offers a three-year Finance Rotation Program with hands-on experience across Collections, Cash Applications, Accounts Payable, Tax and Credit. You will work with seasoned professionals to build leadership and analytical skills and rotate into roles aligned with your strengths.

Mentoring from senior leaders, networking, and a future leadership placement after completion are central to the program. All positions are on-site at Uline’s corporate headquarters network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prior leadership and customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review customer data and documentation such as invoices, tax exemption certificates, and financial statements.
• Contact customers via phone and email to assist them with financial matters.
• Develop leadership skills to help guide team performance and deliver exceptional customer service.
