Uline, Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, is seeking a Finance Operations Associate to support customers and finance processes. The role offers training and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic finance team.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (Finance/accounting degree preferred) and strong communication, organization, and analytical skills; bilingual abilities are a plus. This is an on-site, full-time position with robust benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with a diverse team of Finance professionals to provide exceptional service.
• Review and apply sales tax exemption certificates in our state-of-the-art customized software.
• Resolve missing or incomplete documentation by guiding customers through certificate requirements.
• Calculate and process sales tax credits.
