Job summary

Limbs & Things Ltd. seeks an Accounts Assistant to support our Finance Department. You will work with the Management Accountant and Senior Accounts Assistant to ensure daily transactions are completed accurately and on time, handling AP, AR, expense processing, and month-end tasks.

This role requires attention to detail, strong organisational and communication skills, and experience with Epicor ERP. A flexible approach helps adapt to changing priorities and workload.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epicor ERP.
• Experience in finance/office environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-currency A/P invoices with 3-way match.
• Review supplier statements and reconcile liabilities.
• Manage daily AR processes and enforce payment terms.
• Handle Staff Expenses and credit card reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end processes and reports.
