Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support governance processes across Finance operations, ensuring activities are tracked, documented, and completed on schedule.
• Maintain the issue log from intake through resolution, coordinate follow-ups and action items.
• Assist with root cause analysis by gathering information and documenting findings.
• Administer intake and evaluation for AI and non-AI automation opportunities, logging submissions and tracking through review.
• Prepare dashboards, status trackers, meeting summaries, and reports, keeping SOPs and controls current.

Education
