You will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical actions and reporting. Responsibilities include maintaining the issue log, preparing dashboards and reports, and driving AI/non-AI automation intake and evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Right to work in the country where the role is based.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple activities and track issues and actions through closure.
• Clear written and verbal communication, and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and translate business requirements into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Support governance processes across Finance operations, ensuring activities are tracked, documented, and completed on schedule.
• Maintain the issue log from intake through resolution, coordinate follow-ups and action items, and escalate aging items when appropriate.
• Assist with root cause analysis by gathering information, documenting findings, and capturing corrective and preventive actions.
• Administer the intake and evaluation process for AI and non-AI automation opportunities, including logging submissions and tracking each opportunity through review.
• Prepare dashboards, status trackers, meeting summaries, and reports, while keeping governance processes, SOPs, and control documentation current.
