Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• Right to work in the country where the role is based.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple activities and track issues through closure.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to follow up and collaborate with stakeholders across teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify trends and translate requirements into insights.

Responsibilities

• Support governance processes across Finance operations; ensure activities are tracked, documented and completed on schedule.
• Maintain the issue log from intake through resolution; coordinate follow-ups and action items; elevate aging items when appropriate.
• Assist with root cause analysis by gathering information, documenting findings, and capturing corrective and preventive actions.
• Administer intake and evaluation for AI and non-AI automation opportunities; log submissions and track through review.
• Prepare dashboards, status trackers, meeting summaries, and reports; keep governance SOPs and controls current.
