Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Financial Health specialist to help plan budgets, forecast spending, and automate financial processes. You will work with Finance and Marketing to convert data into actionable insights and maintain accurate financial records.

Key tasks include tracking costs, supporting reviews, and ensuring alignment between planned and actual spending. Strong Excel, Hyperion, SAP/Oracle experience is expected, with a focus on reducing manual steps and improving reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or coursework in finance or accounting.

Responsibilities

Track operating costs and spending against budgets to help budget owners identify variances.
Support monthly/quarterly financial reviews by processing purchase requests and invoices and reconciling records.
Maintain employee counts, spending, and forecast data in Hyperion; explain differences between planned and actual results.
Prepare reports to help Finance and Marketing understand spending trends and update forecasts.
Improve recurring financial processes to reduce manual work and errors, with measured accuracy and timely checks.
