• Experience performing monthly/quarterly financial reporting, variance analyses, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Track operating costs and spending against approved budgets to identify variances.
• Prepare reports to support forecasts, reviews, and action recommendations.
• Maintain employee count, spending, and forecast data in Hyperion and explain differences between planned and actuals.
• Support monthly and quarterly financial reviews by processing purchase requests, invoices, and reconciliations.
• Contribute to improving recurring financial processes to reduce manual work and errors.
