Job summary

Omnicom is seeking an Analyst, Finance Operations to oversee and streamline partner payments and financial tasks within the agency. You will collaborate with GCC, Shared Services, Client Strategy, Investment, and Operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data.

The role expands to include additional billing functions, serving as a trainer and backup resource to maintain continuity of financial processes.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, PIVOT).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with MediaOcean PRISMA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing and financial processes including invoice clearance delays.
• Collaborate with Investment and Investment Ops for updated financial information.
• Push for timely bank trackers and reduced discrepancies in buys/invoices.
• Onboard Barter and Principal Deals billing functions.
• Manage Programmatic aging with weekly reviews and reports.
• Execute Pay Matchpay and DSP Matchpay processes.
• Maintain the Programmatic P2/Reconciliation Payment Tracker.
• Update vendor open invoices statements and coordinate with internal teams.
• Create Orion-specific financial documents using Excel templates.
• Build professional relationships with Orion staff across disciplines.
