Job summary

Omnicom Media in New York is seeking an Operations Analyst to support business performance and process improvement initiatives. You will review invoices, input media data, and collaborate with finance and shared services to ensure accurate billing and reporting.

The role requires strong organization, communication, and Excel skills, with experience in Prisma and MBOX preferred. It is based in-office with occasional flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Review and send Insertion Orders to vendors using internal tools.
• Input and steward media schedule data into Prisma & MBOX.
• Prepare and distribute monthly capital billing reports based on Digital media buys/orders.
• Perform monthly invoice matching within Prisma.
• Collaborate with Shared Services and Financial Operations to reconcile billing discrepancies.
• Participate with Operations to streamline and automate processes across the business.
• Establish positive, professional working relationships with Orion staff.
• Assist with ad hoc operations requests.
