Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Finance Operations professional to oversee chargeback processing, monitor supplier portfolios, and act as main liaison for Genpact-driven activities. You will ensure accuracy, service levels, and adherence to controls across core financial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related business environment preferred.
• Knowledge of financial processes, systems, controls, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), SAP, and Tableau preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor a portfolio of pharmaceutical suppliers.
• Serve as the primary business contact and escalation point for chargeback operations managed by the Genpact team.
• Provide oversight of day-to-day chargeback processing activities performed by Genpact, ensuring service levels, accuracy, and compliance requirements are met.
• Review and approve resolutions for complex chargeback discrepancies, invalid claims, pricing exceptions, and customer disputes escalated by Genpact.
• Analyze chargeback trends, exceptions, and recurring issues to identify root causes and drive process improvements.
