Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related business environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of financial processes, systems, controls, and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), SAP, and Tableau preferred.

What Finance Operations contributes to Cardinal Health Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets. Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of the following core financial processes. This includes pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable and employee travel & expense.

Responsibilities Monitor a portfolio of pharmaceutical suppliers. Serve as the primary business contact and escalation point for chargeback operations managed by the Genpact team. Provide oversight of day‑to‑day chargeback processing activities performed by Genpact, ensuring service levels, accuracy, and compliance requirements are met. Review and approve resolutions for complex chargeback discrepancies, invalid claims, pricing exceptions, and customer disputes escalated by Genpact. Analyze chargeback trends, exceptions, and recurring issues to identify root causes and drive process improvements.

Anticipated salary range: $68,500 - $97,700 Bonus eligible: No
