Job summary

Arcadis U.S.Inc. seeks an Office Engineer - Business Analyst (Finance) to support contract administration and payment processing for Stage IV construction projects in NY/NJ.

You will interact with resident offices and agency departments to ensure timely, accurate payments and closeout documentation. The role requires 5+ years in office engineering/administration, an associate degree in business, and proficiency with SAP/AVM and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have at least 5 years in office engineering/administration for construction contracts.
• Associate degree in Business or equivalent is required.
• Experience with SAP/AVM and strong MS Office/Teams capability.

Responsibilities

• Review and process contractor payment applications and related documents.
• Coordinate closeout activities, including Completion of Work Memos and final certificates.
• Communicate with Engineering Divisions and Agency departments to ensure accurate payments.
