Job summary

Arcadis U.S.Inc. in New York seeks a Business Analyst to support contract administration and payment applications for Stage IV construction projects.

Reporting to the Manager of Contract Administration, you will liaise with NY and NJ offices and multiple agency departments to ensure accurate payments and timely permit closeouts. The role requires 5+ years in office engineering/administration, an Associate Degree in Business, proficiency in SAP/AVM and MS Office, and the ability to pass SWAC/TWIC

Qualifications

• 5+ years in office engineering or administration with construction contracts.
• Must have an Associate Degree in Business.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP and AVM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass a SWAC or TWIC background check.

Responsibilities

• Review and process contractor payment applications and change orders.
• Coordinate with Engineering Divisions and Agency departments to execute payments.
• Assist with closeout documents and Certificates of Final Completion.
