Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager with deep O2C expertise to design and deliver technology-enabled O2C transformations across studios, networks, streamers, and live-venue operators.

You will lead end-to-end O2C workstreams, assess processes, and build roadmaps to improve cash flow, customer experience, and governance. Strong consulting experience and M&E sector fluency are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years in finance transformation or revenue operations; consulting experience preferred.
• Proven Media & Entertainment, TMT or high-volume consumer revenue experience.
• Strong executive communication and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C workstreams across lead-to-quote, quote-to-order, order-to-invoice and invoice-to-cash.
• Assess O2C processes and enable transformations with roadmaps and business cases.
• Design target operating models for O2C with governance and KPIs.
• Own L3/L4 process flows, data requirements, and reporting needs.
• Facilitate design workshops with GPOs and stakeholders; document outcomes.
• Manage day-to-day delivery, scope, and engagement economics including global delivery.
