The role manages a team of contributors, partners with internal stakeholders, and supports budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while upholding internal controls and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of finance/accounting experience with 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Work is performed in an office environment; able to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations, ensure data accuracy, and month-end close.
• Supervise staff, conduct performance appraisals and hiring decisions.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting for the business unit.
• Consolidate and present financial information for quarterly board packages.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on financial information.
• Monitor operating metrics and identify cost savings.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to support growth.
• Lead special projects and cost-optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and internal controls.
• Maintain reliable attendance.
