CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. is seeking a Manager – Finance to drive financial strategy for a growing business unit in Cedar Rapids, IA.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while managing a team of contributors and ensuring data accuracy. You will partner with cross-functional teams, analyze performance metrics, and deliver strategic financial guidance to improve margins and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years in finance and/or accounting with 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting knowledge.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations support and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Supervise and mentor staff, including performance appraisals and hiring decisions.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting processes for the business unit.
• Consolidate and present financial data for quarterly board packages.
• Collaborate with internal teams and monitor key operating metrics.
• Provide actionable financial guidance to support growth and efficiency.
• Lead special financial projects and ensure compliance with controls.
