CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. seeks a Director – Finance to lead the Flatbed Solutions finance function.

This senior role partners with operations to translate financial data into strategic decisions, manage a high-performing team, and drive modernization of our finance processes. The successful candidate will own reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis while partnering with executive leadership to deliver value and growth for the business in a fast-paced transportation

Qualifications

• 10+ years financial experience with 5+ in management.
• Strong Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience in transportation or logistics industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary strategic financial advisor to Flatbed Solutions leadership.
• Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, and P&L analysis.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting aligned with company goals.
• Oversee revenue cycle, invoicing, and collections.
• Provide analytics to support historical, planned, and forecasted results.
• Identify opportunities to improve margins and value.
• Collaborate across departments on strategic initiatives.
• Prepare executive summaries for leadership and board.
