Job summary

JLL is seeking a Business Analyst to partner with the Technology Lead, Finance Manager, and clients to deliver and analyze a wide range of financial reports supporting planning and strategic decisions. The role focuses on reporting creation and management.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in accounting/finance, strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data skills, with familiarity in PowerBI/Tableau/SQL as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 2–3 years of experience.
• Ability to work with internal finance team and client leadership.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment.
• Attention to detail with the ability to understand the big picture.
• Flexible and adaptable to assigned tasks.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; PeopleSoft and Oracle knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver financial reports to support planning and decisions.
• Update client reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual cadence.
• Manage large data sets with organized data handling.
• Collaborate with Technology Lead, Finance Manager, and clients.
• Identify risks and roadblocks; manage timelines and deliverables.
• Support data quality and governance initiatives.
• Provide Finance team support as needed.
