AbbVie Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with brand and commercial finance teams, leading gross-to-net planning, forecasting, and reporting across the portfolio. You will estimate rebates and discounts, prepare planning schedules, and deliver analyses to guide business decisions.

In this highly collaborative role, you will align with senior leaders in a matrix organization, manage multiple priorities, and provide actionable insights to optimize net sales and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
• Ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and work independently in a matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead gross-to-net planning, forecasting, and reporting across the portfolio.
• Estimate rebates and discounts; prepare planning schedules and financial analyses.
• Partner with brand, forecasting, and finance teams to deliver a consolidated net sales outlook.
• Serve as primary finance contact for pricing-related questions and cross-functional planning meetings.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
