Public Storage is seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to lead Operations Finance and support expansive property operations. The role drives strategic financial direction, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across a multi-location portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in financial management with multi-unit operators, strong modeling skills, and proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Workday Adaptive Planning.

Competenze

• 5+ years of progressive financial management experience, preferably with a multi-unit operator.
• Strong background in budgeting, variance analysis, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and ERP systems.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Knowledge of SQL and Business Intelligence platforms.
• Power BI dashboard and report development skills.
