Public Storage, a leader in the self-storage sector, seeks a Corporate Finance Manager to drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis across the organization. You will develop sophisticated models, deliver executive reporting, and shape long-term financial strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, and/or private equity.
• Advanced financial modeling skills with integrated operating and valuation models.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and corporate finance principles.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; executive-level presentation development.
• Workday Adaptive Planning experience strongly preferred.
• BI/data visualization experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL or similar tools.
• Experience supporting public company reporting or board-level reporting preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development, consolidation, and review of annual operating plan and long-range plan.
• Partner with senior leaders to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate quarterly earnings support, including executive presentations and guidance analyses.
• Develop and maintain integrated three-statement models for forecasting and planning.
• Perform analyses to support investment evaluations, business cases, and scenario modeling.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages; include variance and KPI analyses.
• Monitor performance against plan and provide actionable insights on revenue, profitability, and cash flow.
• Collaborate with Accounting, IR, Operations, HR to align financial plans with business goals.
• Support board and lender reporting through high-quality analyses and presentations.
• Lead process improvements focusing on automation and analytics.
• Assist with implementation and administration of Workday Adaptive Planning and other FP tools.
