- Proven track record of top tier performance
- Experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets
- Excellent communication and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead an engaged team by recruiting, motivating, and retaining a dedicated client-facing hourly frontline staff
- Drive team performance through coaching on customer service and sales strategies
- Oversee asset maintenance, vendor management, and safety/compliance standards
- Reduce delinquency through coaching and improve customer retention
- Use analytics to identify opportunities and drive district growth
