Public Storage is seeking a District Manager to lead and develop a high‑performing team across multiple locations. You will focus on delivering remarkable customer experiences, driving sales, and executing company strategies without compromising service.

Growth opportunities and a stock program complement the compensation package. You will oversee operations, audits, vendor management and safety, while using analytics to guide district-wide decisions and improve performance.

Formación

• Demonstrated leadership in building and retaining high-performing teams.
• Relocation ability to pursue growth opportunities.
• Experience in retail, service, or related industries.
• Experience managing operations audits and payroll budgets.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, recruit, motivate and develop a front-line team.
• Coach staff on customer service and sales strategies.
• Oversee asset maintenance, vendor management and safety standards.
• Reduce delinquency and improve tenant retention.
• Conduct regular property audits.
