Solstice Advanced Materials in Morris Plains, NJ, is seeking a Finance Manager to own the 13-week cash forecast and support liquidity management. You will partner with Treasury, Tax, Payroll, AR/AP, and finance teams to deliver timely insights and drive forecasting accuracy.

The role requires strong modeling and communication skills, with 5+ years in FP&A or treasury and a track record of cross-functional influence. Hybrid work eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of FP&A, treasury, cash flow forecasting, or working capital experience.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical abilities.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, Oracle, or similar financial systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and handling large data sets.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and influence across functions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the 13-Week Cash Forecast.
• Lead weekly maintenance of rolling 13-week cash forecast.
• Consolidate cash flows into a unified enterprise forecast.
• Gather forecast assumptions from Treasury, Tax, HR, AR, AP, and finance teams.
• Identify key drivers and communicate risks and opportunities to leadership.
• Improve forecasting methodologies, processes, and reporting tools.
• Lead forecasting and analysis of corporate and headquarters cash activity.
• Monitor and forecast headquarters operating expenses, payroll, tax obligations.
• Analyze forecast vs actual and provide variance explanations.
• Support liquidity planning, cash optimization, and reporting.
