Job summary

Cable Dahmer Kia of Lee’s Summit in Lee’s Summit, MO is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team. You will work with the sales group to transition customers from sale to delivery, present financing options, and secure competitive lending terms.

• 2+ years of automotive finance management experience.
• Proven ability to maintain approximately $2,800+ PVR.
• Strong VSC performance with a target of 65%+ penetration.
• Strong closing, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of automotive lending, deal structure, compliance, and finance processes.
• Balance profitability with a customer-focused approach.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and accountable for results.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with dealership teams.

Responsibilities

Cable Dahmer Automotive Group is looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team at Cable Dahmer Kia of Lee’s Summit.

We’re looking for someone who knows the finance office, understands how to maximize every opportunity, and has a proven track record of strong production while creating a great experience for our customers. What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from vehicle sale to delivery
• Present financing options, protection products, and additional products and services to customers
• Secure competitive financing through lender relationships and structure deals appropriately
• Maintain strong PVR and product penetration while keeping the customer experience at the forefront
• Ensure all finance paperwork, contracts, and required documentation are accurate and compliant
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and other financial partners
• Review deals for accuracy and ensure timely funding
• Partner with dealership leadership to identify opportunities to improve finance performance
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and dealership performance goals

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of successful automotive finance management experience required**
• Demonstrated history of strong finance production and consistent performance
• Proven ability to maintain approximately **$2,800+ PVR**
• Strong VSC performance, with a target of **65%+ penetration**
• Strong closing, presentation, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of automotive lending, deal structure, compliance, and finance processes
• Ability to balance profitability with an honest, customer-focused approach
