Cable Dahmer Kia of Lee’s Summit in Lee’s Summit, MO is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team. You will work with the sales group to transition customers from sale to delivery, present financing options, and secure competitive lending terms.

Your focus will be on maximizing PVR and product penetration while maintaining an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of automotive finance management experience, a proven production track record, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive finance management experience.
• Proven ability to maintain approximately $2,800+ PVR.
• Strong VSC performance with a target of 65%+ penetration.
• Strong closing, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of automotive lending, deal structure, compliance, and finance processes.
• Balance profitability with a customer-focused approach.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and accountable for results.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with dealership teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to delivery.
• Present financing options, protection products, and additional products to customers.
• Secure competitive financing through lender relationships and structure deals.
• Maintain strong PVR and product penetration while keeping the customer experience in focus.
• Ensure all finance paperwork, contracts, and documentation are accurate and compliant.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and other financial partners.
• Review deals for accuracy and ensure timely funding.
• Partner with dealership leadership to improve finance performance.
• Meet and exceed individual and dealership performance goals.
