Qualifikationen

• Four-year undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 5-7 years of related experience, including a position of similar scope and impact.
• FP&A experience, including business partnership with senior executive leadership, highly preferred.
• Healthcare distribution and/or manufacturing experience is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Owns the product category financial forecasting cycle, in coordination with Executive Leadership, Commercial Finance, Marketing, Operations, Corporate FP&A, & Accounting.
• Prepares financial presentations with functional leaders for reviews and profitability models.
• Prepares financial analyses and presentations for the Senior Management Team.
• Routinely assesses financial and operational trends using metrics to identify risks/opportunities and guide actions.
• Monitors trends and recommends actions to achieve KPIs across revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Collaborates with Accounting to ensure orderly close processes and accurate financial statements.
