Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a finance leader to join the Maritime finance team, overseeing FP&A and program finance to drive top- and bottom-line impact. You’ll partner with business leaders, manage forecasting, and develop executive-level reporting to support rapid growth.

You will lead a cross-functional finance team, build dashboards, and establish best practices while ensuring accuracy and speed in decision-making across Maritime and corporate stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5–10 years in finance for defense, manufacturing, or government contracting.
• 3–5 years in leadership position.
• Strong Excel, modeling, data analysis, and ERP/financial reporting experience.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and curiosity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States and security clearance eligible.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Maritime leaders to provide strategic financial support.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across divisions.
• Analyze variances, trends, and performance against forecasts.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data, Marketing, Product, Growth, and Engineering.
• Develop executive-level dashboards and KPI health metrics.
• Build and scale a high-performing finance team.
• Manage customer program reporting and monthly invoicing.
