Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Financial Analyst II to partner with the SWP finance team. You will own the monthly forecast, annual plan, reporting, and variance analysis end-to-end, translating engineering and operations decisions into financial outcomes.

This is a high-ownership role close to engineering and operations leaders. The position requires strong Excel modeling, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to build scalable financial processes that scale with Anduril's growth.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years in Corporate Finance/FP&A or related analytical field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related.
• Strong financial acumen and Excel proficiency.
• Ability to work with large datasets and reconcile systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication with senior audiences.
• Independent, fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the forecast and close for SWP; monthly, quarterly, annual variance analysis.
• Prepare variance analyses and present to SWP leadership.
• Own SWP's cloud and tooling spend with cost drivers and optimization.
• Build and defend SWP's cost allocation methodology.
• Collaborate across SWP and company to illustrate financial implications.
• Automate and improve financial processes and reporting.
• Lead high-priority analyses and deliver actionable insights.
