Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking an experienced Manager, Finance to own end-to-end finance and accounting operations. You will oversee AR, AP, GL, tax compliance, and audit management, leading a team of 3–4 professionals and coordinating with Corporate Finance.

The ideal candidate balances hands-on accounting with strategic compliance and cross-functional coordination to drive reporting accuracy and financial priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience with FP&A exposure.
• Solid grounding in full-cycle accounting (AR/AP, GL, close).
• 2+ years of experience supervising a team.
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle or Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and rolling forecasts for the business unit.
• Prepare monthly variance analyses and explain key drivers to leadership.
• Develop financial models to support planning and ROI analysis.
• Analyze revenue, margin, and expenses for risks and opportunities.
• Partner with leaders to build department budgets and KPIs.
• Oversee AR/AP, GL, and month-end/year-end closes.
