Paycom in Logan, UT is hiring a Finance Manager to lead fixed asset accounting and FP&A initiatives. The role focuses on depreciation, asset tracking, budgeting, and forecasting within a growing manufacturing environment.

You will help transition to a new ERP and deliver clear financial insights to drive decisions. The position requires 5+ years in accounting/FP&A, GAAP knowledge, and experience with fixed assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience including FP&A.
• GAAP knowledge with capitalized construction interest.
• Budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Experience with fixed asset accounting and ERP systems (Acumatica preferred).
• Manufacturing industry background; ability to work MST/MT time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage fixed asset accounting including depreciation and asset tracking.
• Account for construction-related interest per GAAP.

This individual will have financial analysis and forecasting experience to help us with accuracy and positive outcomes supporting our continued growth. This is a dual-scope role for someone who wants to own both fixed assets and forward-looking financial planning for a growing manufacturing company. If you're comfortable managing complexity across two disciplines and energized by building processes rather than just running them, this role is built for you.
