Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Finance Manager to join Corporate Accounting and Finance. This role owns fixed asset accounting and FP&A, balancing depreciation, asset tracking, and capitalized construction interest with forward-looking budgeting to support growth.

Responsibilities include managing fixed asset records, supporting a new facility build-out, and guiding the ERP transition to improve consistency and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business administration.
• 5+ years in accounting/FP&A with fixed asset experience.
• GAAP knowledge and ERP experience (Acumatica preferred).

The Finance Manager will be part of our Corporate Accounting and Finance team. This individual will have financial analysis and forecasting experience to help us with accuracy and positive outcomes supporting our continued growth. This is a dual-scope role for someone who wants to own both fixed assets and forward-looking financial planning for a growing manufacturing company.
