Pathways to Community is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance team, including the Accounting Specialist and Payroll/Benefits Specialist. You will oversee bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable, and banking activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and 245D compliance.

The role requires a related bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of management experience within human services finance, with strong Excel/QuickBooks skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 2-4 years managing employees.
• Experience in Human Services field and 245D preferred.
• Strong Excel, QuickBooks, Outlook proficiency.
• Ability to pass trainings and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of the finance team.
• Bookkeeping for Artisan and PTC; data entry in QuickBooks.
• Handle payroll processing and approve files.
• Accounts payable support and vendor relations.
• Reimbursements and purchases processing.
• Monitor bank accounts and deposits.
• Complete 1099s and related filings.
• Ensure 245D compliance and regulatory requirements.
