Mars Veterinary Health is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across MVH. You will partner with finance and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and scalable planning tools.

The role supports major enterprise processes (AEP, IVCP, YEE) and requires strong analytical, systems, and communication skills to drive planning excellence across a growing network of clinics.

Competenze

• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytics.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong modeling and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced Excel skills and executive presentation ability.

• Support preparation and execution of annual enterprise planning cycles.
• Analyze performance against plan and prepare executive dashboards.
• Develop financial models and business cases for investments.
• Contribute to standardized tools, templates, and best practices.
