Hirebridge is seeking a Finance Manager - Client Funds to support the Finance Director in overseeing client funds operations and budgeting, while coordinating scheduling, travel, and executive level support as needed.

The role emphasizes accurate reconciliation of client funds, vendor payments, and billing, with a focus on confidentiality and professional communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years previous financial or accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proficient 70+ wpm keyboarding and 10-key skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Finance Director with client funds oversight and reporting.
• Manage and reconcile client funds and petty cash accounts.
• Prepare Representative Payee and SSA wage reports.
• Create monthly client billings and guardian invoices.
• Ensure timely processing of checks and vendor payments.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, vendors, and staff.
