Job summary

Location Services in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Finance Manager (Hybrid) to oversee a team of Financial Coordinators, ensuring accurate financial and operational systems input and timely client, vendor, and partner communications.

You will coach direct reports, review performance, and drive process improvements. Responsibilities include reconciling transactions in NetSuite, AutoIMS, and RDN, managing reports, and handling sensitive information with tact and diplomacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or accounting required.
• 3-5 years experience in accounting or customer service roles.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Financial Coordinators and ensure accurate financial input.
• Reconcile financial transactions in NetSuite, AutoIMS, and RDN.
• Reconcile bookkeeping entries and maintain records with accuracy.
• Coach direct reports and participate in performance evaluations.
• Communicate with Clients, vendors, and partners on inquiries and escalations.
• Identify client exceptions and review financial analyses for improvements.
