Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five years of experience in accounting, reconciliations, financial operations, or related functions.
• Experience in client-focused environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile balance sheet and client-related accounts for accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate and resolve account variances and reconciliation differences.
• Balance and reconcile client tax funds for new and terminating clients.
• Monitor client fund activity and research issues requiring correction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper collection, refunding, and accounting treatment of client funds.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and transaction research.
• Maintain organized documentation to support audits, compliance, and management review.
• Research and resolve accounting, client, and system-related issues.
