Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Atlanta is seeking a Finance Manager to apply cash and accrual accounting fundamentals to client investments and tax strategies, supporting the Financial Strategy and Operations function.

You will lead budgeting, variance analysis, and forecasting efforts, ensure timely month-end close, and manage procurement and billing processes while collaborating with LATAM and Canada teams to align client needs and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Own the budgeting process and ensure alignment with terms and targets; communicate YoY variances.
• Own variance analysis including actuals vs budget vs forecast.
• Forecasting with a target of +/- 5% on COP and explain deviations.
• Manage month-end close, including journal entries and variance commentary.
• Oversee PO and WO processes from requisitions to completion and vendor management.
• Provide financial commentary on MTD & YTD results in Account Reviews.
